This includes twenty-five (25) years of public accounting experience with Kikivarakis & Co. and Deloitte with particular focus in internal and external audit, forensic, insolvency and receivership experiences. Four (4) years of government tertiary education experience and three years offshore banking experience.

External Audit Services
We carry out risk based audits statutory and otherwise. Collectively, our directors and managers have some 90 years of external audit experience spread over a number of industries from casinos, resort properties, financial institutions and government or government related entities.
Internal Audit Services
We partner with management to design, develop and implement risk based internal audit plans – recommending improvements in key operational & financial activities. We provide internal control solutions that align with your organizational goals.
Internal Control Reviews
We provide critical assessments and recommendations geared toward the implementation of controls that could result in cost savings and prevention of revenue leakages. We offer training to staff and provide support services for continued monitoring.
Compliance Reviews
We identify our clients’ business compliance obligations and develop procedures to ensure that their regulatory responsibilities are satisfied. In so doing, we assess how well they meet those obligations, develop a plan to ensure compliance and manage the risks associated with noncompliance.
